The word of God is full of promises for those who pray. These are but a sampling of Bible promises given to those who pray.

Psalm 91:15,16 - “He shall call upon me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him with long life I will satisfy him and show him my salvation.”

Luke 11:9,10 - “I say to you, ask, and it will be given you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it shall be opened to you. For every one who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it shall be opened.”

John 15:7 - “If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.”

Mark 11:24 - “Therefore, I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.”

James 5:16 - “The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.”
